Not sure on what customer service mentioned as order was fulfilled- I have screenshots from J&T that package are not available or shipper absence. I’ll technically won’t be accepting the package now as delay is already 2 weeks to get this right nor was not able to escalate when I reached out to customer service. I would really want to support local brands like this. but, I think supporting should start before learning on how to assist your market by helping to a concern and not providing a wrong resolution.
